    As Founder & Head of Creative at Cabtm Nepal Pvt. Ltd., I pioneered Nepal’s first fare-bargaining ride-hailing service. Established in December 2021, Cabtm is a tech-driven platform focused on providing eco-friendly mobility solutions across three major cities in Nepal (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur). I directed the creative vision for both passenger and rider apps, as well as the admin dashboard. I designed user-centric interfaces, wireframes, and user flows using Sketch and Figma to ensure seamless user experiences. Leading a team, I oversaw the development and enhancement of mobile apps and dashboards, implementing innovative features like the “Scan & Ride” and “Pure Bargaining Model”, along with wallet integration. Through market research and user feedback, I aligned designs with industry trends and customer preferences. I collaborated closely with development teams to ensure smooth execution and maintained brand consistency. My work drove user engagement and satisfaction, contributing to the company’s growth.
